The American Affiliation of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) has developed a set of competencies for nurse practitioners (NPs) by 2025, referred to as “AANP 2025.” These competencies define the data, expertise, and skills that NPs might want to present high-quality, patient-centered care sooner or later.
AANP 2025 is necessary for a number of causes. First, it gives a roadmap for NP schooling and coaching packages. Second, it helps to make sure that NPs are ready to satisfy the altering wants of the healthcare system. Third, it promotes collaboration between NPs and different healthcare professionals.
